Registered Name: Bank On Greatness
Nickname: Billy, Greatness
Age: Four Years (Y6)
Breed: Thoroughbred
Colour & Markings: Grey (see image)
Height: 16.2hh
Gender: Male
PersonalityBilly is moody, arrogant and outgoing, yet sweet and affectionate to those closest to him. He has always been a stunner since the day he was born - always the most striking colt in the field, the most elegant and well put together, the most well behaved yet fiesty horse of the lot. Billy has many of the qualities his older full brother Impressario has, including amazing speed and great stamina. He gets his 'nice' side from his dam Bank On Silver, and his fire and unruly arrogance from his sire, Merry Bay King. Billy is a trickster, too - he takes after the stable clown Split Second in his delight for agitating his handlers. He is pleasantly focused and enthusiastic in workouts, and incredibly determined to win once faced with an opponent. His racing style is pretty versatile, but he runs best behind the leaders until the final one and a half furlongs. As for his relationships, Billy has a special bond with rider Sarah Star, who has been there for him since the day he was born. As far as horses go, he's secretly always had a crush on the temperamental filly Vindictive Fury (we think).

Racing Style:
No matter the distance, the surface or the pace, Billy remains a true behind the leaders runner. He breaks well, then assumes a second place, third place or fourth place position, depending on the field size, and then runs according to the pace. He can handle paces blisteringly fast and quite slow very well. Billy is also not fazed by weather, and can run well even in the rain, hail and snow, and even during electrical thunderstorms. Wet surfaces also do not bother him, and he is not put off when mud or clumps of grass hit his face. Though he runs best in races eight to twelve furlongs in length, Billy is capable of running well and winning at any distance from six to fourteen furlongs. He makes his move when the frontrunners begin to tire and drop back. Billy has an incredible drive once he reaches the stretch, and once he's in the lead, usually he stays there.
